Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
If renter declines CDW, the renter will be liable for all loss and damage to the vehicle up to the full retail value.

If renter accepts CDW, CDW covers your rental vehicle partially and there is a deductible, depending on the category of car rented.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)
If renter declines LDW, the renter will be liable for all loss and damage to the vehicle up to the full retail value.

If renter accepts LDW, LDW covers your rental vehicle fully and has a zero deductible.

Liability or Third Party Protection (ALI)
Cost: US$15 per day

If renter declines ALI, the renter will be liable for all loss and damage to the third party property damage and or pedestrian bodily injury.

If renter accepts ALI, the renter is covered for liability to third party property and pedestrian.

Driving License
Customer must present a valid driver’s license from country of residence.

Maximum/Minimum Driving Age
Minimum age 21  (see the other document)

Honored Charge Cards
American Express, Avis, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Avis & Avis-honored travel vouchers.

Charge Card Hold
If CDW is accepted: Estimated rental charges plus approximately 20%.

If CDW is declined: US$ 5000 as a deposit

Delivery & Collection
Avis Office is within 2 minutes walking distance of arrival area.

Fuel/Gas
Not included in rate. The price per gallon if rental car is returned less than full of fuel will be approximately US$ per gallon. It is highly recommended that you refuel your rental car prior to return.
